Well Eid was something. I had a good time getting some henna on my hands the night before and the next morning the pattern was dark soooo he loves me a lot ;) I think my favorite part of Eid would be going

to the mosque early in the morning it was really crowded but I had a great time and everyone was in good spirits. I felt something while I was praying for the first time I truly feel I can find peace in this religion.

I only hope I can be strong enough to commit to my faith despite what others think and say, since my Baptist Christian mother is less then thrilled and my brother makes in fun of me.

Has anyone ever inspired you to explore a culture or anything really you never thought you would? I love that about dating someone diffrent from you, they challenge you to broaden your horizons.

I still think Christmas is better...but to those you celebrate I hope you had a nice Eid with your family and loved ones.
